Day 01 Arrive in Fairbanks
Pick up rental car and short drive to your **** Resort Hotel on the banks of the beautiful Chena River at Pikes Landing. Hotel amenities include: restaurant, bar, lobby with fireplace, laundry, health club, sauna, steam room. During your first evening in Fairbanks you may watch already the Aurora Borealis – dancing on the northern sky or enjoy a dinner at the scenic Pikes Landing Restaurant.

Day 02 Fairbanks
Explore Fairbanks in the morning and visit the University of Alaska Museum with the States largest collection of gold, gold mining history and Alaskan heritage, the world re-nowned ice-carving sculpture competition, the Roseberry Art Gallery or take a short drive the the small community of North Pole - home of the Santa Claus House.
Evening: Enjoy one of the most spectacular Aurora displays Fairbanks is known for. A short drive takes you into the hills high above the town and far away from any city light obstruction – nothing can obscure the natural Northern Lights display. The warm and comfortable lodge serves hot beverages and belongs to one of the best places in the world to observe the Aurora Borealis.

Day 03 Fairbanks
An adventurous day is awaiting you. Take a flight with a skiplane above the Arctic Circle to the small native community of Beaver on the banks of the mighty Yukon River – far away from every road access. After landing a native guide will take you for 1 1⁄2 hour walking tour through the village. Return to Fairbanks. During the afternoon enjoy a first-class dog mushing experience within the Chena Hills. Learn how to drive a sled, how to harness the dogs and finally run your own dog team (arctic outerwear provided). The everning is again reserved for outstanding Northern Lights viewing from our Aurora Lodge.

Day 04 Fairbanks Departure Day.
Fairbanks offers a variety of excellent gift shops and galleries with tasteful items for your friends at home. Explore the city again before returning your rental car at the airport.
