Day 01 Anchorage
Upon arrival transfer to a downtown hotel. Remaining day at leisure. Explore Alaska’s largest city and visit the many points of interests. During February and March Anchorage hosts the Fur Rendevouz, Ice Carving Festivals, the Iditarod Sled Dog Race and other Winter events.Overnight in Anchorage |

Day 02 Anchorage – Fairbanks (Rail Tour)
Transfer to the rail station and begin of a scenic full-day rail tour to Fairbanks. You’ll see the breathtaking and snow covered Alaska Mountain Range, get a glimpse of Talkeetna and Denali National Park before arriving in Fairbanks. Check in at a downtown hotel. Tip: Fairbanks provides already spectacular Northern Lights viewing opportunities. Check it out. Overnight: Fairbanks

Day 03 Fairbanks
Morning: visit the University of Alaska with its large collection of Alaska’n artifacts, gold nugget displays and Aurora information. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 04 - 05 Fairbanks - Bettles
Enjoy a spectacular flight in the morning on Day 4 along the Alaska Pipeline and across the Arctic Circle to Bettles – within Gates of the Arctic National Park. Winter in the Arctic is breathtaking with twilight hours accented by a red glowing sunrise and sunsets lasting for hours. The area offers probably the best Aurora viewing in Alaska with a 360-degree view of the Arctic Sky without any light polution of larger communities and virtually no overcast or clouds. The lodge provides comfortable accommodation and rooms with private bath (jacuzzi) a restaurant, bar. Arctic gear may be rented for a small fee. We provide a unique heated Aurora viewing cabin for the pure Northern Lights viewing enjoyment and a 2-hour guided sled dog tour or alternatively a snowmobile trip.
