The lodge is located on a remote lake above the timberline in the Talkeetna Mountains just southeast of Denali National Park and East of Talkeetna. Only accessible by air the lodges’ only neighbors are Nature and Tranquility. The location is our home year around and a private paradise in the Alaskan wilderness or "The Bush," to Alaskans. The lodge offers fantastic views of Mt. McKinley and the Alaskan Range to the West and to the East overlooking the lake, stands the beautiful Talkeetna Mountains. Wildlife abounds in the Area

Accommodation
Your cabin is cozy and comfortable. A centrally located shower house is available along with a sauna for you pleasure. We generally limit the number of guests to ensure you have a private personalized stay. The aroma from the kitchen will make your mouth water. Hearty Alaskan meals are served family-style in the lodge. Sourdough pancakes and biscuits top your breakfast plate. Homemade jellies, breads, soups, pies, and pastries are just some of the delicious treats that you'll experience.

Activities
Recreation activities are limited only by your imagination and the seasons. Cross-country skiing, dog mushing, snowshoeing, viewing the mystical northern lights, and winter photography excursions are some of the possibilities for you to enjoy Alaska's wild country at its finest. There are numerous packages that we can put together to suit your desires, from a winter scenic flight of Denali for your trip in by ski plane, to a dog mushing trip out.

Flight Costs
Depending upon the season, ski or float plane flights to the lodge are available daily from Anchorage, Wasilla, Willow, and Talkeetna. Scenic flights of Mt. McKinley are also options for your flight to the lodge or during your stay. Let us know the number in your party, location of departure, and scenic flight option, and we will quote your price to your desires. A sample: from Talkeetna, rates will range from $100 to $180 per person round trip. Minimum two passengers.
