Day 01 Whitehorse
Fly from home cities to the Whitehorse airport. Upon arrival at the airport, leisurely transfer independently to our hotel. Meet your Tour Director, Driver and fellow passengers as we enjoy a cruise on the MV Schwatka down the Yukon River through the once dangerous Miles Canyon. We return to our hotel for the night. |

Day 02 Dawson City, YK
Once again, become acquainted with fellow passengers, Tour Director and Driver during a Welcome Breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the “Klondike Loop” that takes us through one of the richest silver mining regions in Canada to Dawson City. Join your Tour Director tonight for a visit to Diamond Tooth Gertie’s gambling hall. Try your luck or just enjoy the Honky-Tonk piano, Can-Can dancers and musicians. (529 km) |

Day 03 Dawson City, YK
Rest this morning or do as you please. After lunch, at 1 pm, we experience life as it was in gold rush days, as we enjoy the city which time seems to have forgotten. We enjoy a locally guided tour of Dawson City to see the cabins of Robert Service, Jack London and Pierre Berton as well as other historical buildings. Next, we venture to Bonanza Creek to try our luck at gold panning. The evening is free to rest or to explore the unique shops of this historic city. |

Day 04 Dawson City, YK

Day 05 Fairbanks
Enjoy breakfast before we travel the “Top of the World” Highway stopping in Tok, the dog mushing capital of Alaska. Then it’s on to the Santa Claus House at the “North Pole”. We continue our travels to Fairbanks, our home for the next three nights. (642 km) |

Day 06 Historic Trip to Arctic Circle
After an included breakfast, be prepared to boast yourself as we take a historical full day excursion on Dalton Highway to the Arctic Circle. At Arctic Circle we make a toast for World Peace and our good health and happiness. Later our leisurely, scenic trip brings us back to our hotel in Fairbanks.

Day 07 Fairbanks, AK
Enjoy breakfast before we are treated to a locally guided three-hour deluxe tour of Fairbanks, which includes a visit to the University of Alaska Museum to view a display of Indian and Eskimo arts and crafts. Get ready for yet another treat this evening as we visit Alaskaland. We enjoy a delicious Salmon Bake Dinner, before being entertained by the ‘Golden Heart Review’. An evening of dinner, history and fun.

Day 08 Anchorage, AK
After breakfast, we leave Fairbanks via George Parks Highway to Denali National Park, an area with spectacular scenery of quiet lakes, snow-capped peaks, and varicolored tundra. After an included lunch in Denali National Park, our further southward journey allows a picture stop at the Veteran’s Memorial and a visit to the headquarters of the world famous Iditarod dog-sled race in Wasilla. We arrive in Anchorage for a two-nights stay. (579 km)

Day 09 Anchorage
We start off the day with breakfast. Next, a locally guided city tour of Anchorage is scheduled, which includes the Earthquake Park, Lake Hood, Ship Creek, and Government Hill. Following the tour we view the world’s largest “Chocolate Waterfall” and sample delicious chocolate, jams and jellies as we tour the Candy Factory. We enjoy lunch at the Sourdough Mining Restaurant. Join your Tour Director and driver for a very scenic tour of the massive Portage Glacier and the fully narrated Portage Glacier Cruise this afternoon. Enroute stop at the Alyeska Resort and browse in the Jade gift store. (Time permitting)

Day 10 Tok
After breakfast, we stop for pictures at the historic Indian Village of Eklutna on the Glenn Highway. Our further travel will take us east through mountainous territory with the Talkeetna Mountains to the north and the Chugach Mountains to the south. Today is for glacier watching, the largest being Matanuska Glacier midway to our lunch stop. Our adventure continues on the Glenn Highway to our overnight destination of Tok. (523 km)

Day 11 Whitehorse, YK
Our day begins with breakfast before our journey through the snow-capped peaks of the Alaska Range brings us to Kluane National Park, located on the bank of Kluane Lake. Our further drive brings us to Whitehorse. We check in to our hotel and prepare for our evening’s entertainment. We enjoy “Gold Rush Review” Whitehorse style The Frantic Follies. Take this opportunity to say farewell to your Tour Director, Driver and fellow passengers as tomorrow we complete our tour and return home. (632 km) |
