Day 01 Seattle, Vancouver, Victoria & Okanagan to Williams Lake, Saskatchewan to Edmonton
Vancouver and Lower Mainland passengers travel through the Fraser Valley to Kamloops this morning. Sit back and enjoy the luxury of our modern motorcoach. Of course it is air-conditioned and restroom equipped, all for your comfort and enjoyment. Fellow passengers from the Okanagan join us in Kamloops. Our further journey this afternoon brings us to Williams Lake for our first nights stay. (535 km) Saskatchewan passengers travel by Greyhound Coach Line to Calgary or Edmonton, AB.

Day 02 Dawson Creek, BC
A warm welcome to Alberta passengers this morning by your Tour Director. A leisurely drive through the Peace River Country of forests and farmland brings us to Dawson Creek, BC. (597 km) British Columbia passengers travel north through the world famous rancher and mountain country of the Caribou Plateau. Our further drive through Prince George brings us to Dawson Creek, BC.(645 km) This evening join your Tour Director, Driver and fellow passengers for a Welcome Get Acquainted Dinner.

Day 03 Fort Nelson, BC
Enjoy breakfast this morning before we take time to see the ‘Zero Milepost’ at the southern terminus of the Alaska Highway here in the centre of town. We then start our leisurely northern drive up the famous Alaskan Highway, built in 1942, bringing us to Fort Nelson, BC for the night. (482 km)

Day 04 Watson Lake, YK
We have breakfast and then travel through beautiful country, surrounded by lakes and streams. We drive through the highest summit on the Alaskan Highway at 4,218 feet; then a lunch stop at a log chalet by colorful Muncho Lake. We proceed to Watson Lake, the gateway to the Yukon, for our overnight stay. We view the famous Sign Post Forest which will amaze you with its thousands of signs from around the world this evening. (534 km)

Day 05 Whitehorse, YK
We start our day with a delicious breakfast before an incredible landscape unfolds as we travel to the city of Whitehorse, our home for the night. Upon arrival in Whitehorse, we enjoy a brief city tour. We check in to the hotel, and have some time to relax and freshen up. The treat of the day comes as we enjoy a cruise on the MV Schwatka down the Yukon River through the once dangerous Miles Canyon. We return to our hotel for the night. (455 km)

Day 06 Dawson City, YK
After breakfast, the beautiful scenery of the “Klondike Loop” takes us through one of the richest silver mining regions in Canada to Dawson City. Join your Tour Director tonight for a visit to Diamond Tooth Gertie’s gambling hall.Try your luck or just enjoy the Honky-Tonk piano, Can-Can dancers and musicians. (529 km)

Day 07 Dawson City, YK
Rest this morning or do as you please. After lunch, at 1 pm, we experience life as it was in gold rush days, as we enjoy the city which time seems to have forgotten. We enjoy a locally guided tour of Dawson City to see the cabins of Robert Service, Jack London and Pierre Berton as well as other historical buildings. Next, we venture to Bonanza Creek to try our luck at gold panning. The evening is free to rest or to explore the unique shops of this historic city.

Day 08 Fairbanks
Enjoy breakfast before we travel the “Top of the World” Highway stopping in Tok, the dog mushing capital of Alaska. Then it’s on to the Santa Claus House at the “North Pole”. We continue our travels to Fairbanks, our home for the next three nights. (642 km)

Day 09 Historic Trip to Arctic Circle
After an included breakfast, be prepared to boast yourself as we take a historical full day excursion on Dalton Highway to the Arctic Circle. At Arctic Circle we make a toast for World Peace and our good health and happiness. Later our leisurely, scenic trip brings us back to our hotel in Fairbanks.

Day 10 Fairbanks, AK
Enjoy breakfast before we are treated to a locally guided three-hour deluxe tour of Fairbanks, which includes a visit to the University of Alaska Museum to view a display of Indian and Eskimo arts and crafts. Get ready for yet another treat this evening as we visit Alaskaland. We enjoy a delicious Salmon Bake Dinner, before being entertained by the ‘Golden Heart Review’. An evening of dinner, history and fun.

Day 11 Anchorage, AK
After breakfast, we leave Fairbanks via George Parks Highway to Denali National Park, an area with spectacular scenery of quiet lakes, snow-capped peaks, and varicolored tundra. After an included lunch in Denali National Park, our further southward journey allows a picture stop at the Veteran’s Memorial and a visit to the headquarters of the world famous Iditarod dog-sled race in Wasilla. We arrive in Anchorage for a two-nights stay. (579 km)

Day 12 Anchorage
We start off the day with breakfast. Next, a locally guided city tour of Anchorage is scheduled, which includes the Earthquake Park, Lake Hood, Ship Creek, and Government Hill. Following the tour we view the world’s largest “Chocolate Waterfall” and sample delicious chocolate, jams and jellies as we tour the Candy Factory. We enjoy lunch at the Sourdough Mining Restaurant. Join your Tour Director and driver for a very scenic tour of the massive Portage Glacier and the fully narrated Portage Glacier Cruise this afternoon. Enroute stop at the Alyeska Resort and browse in the Jade gift store. (Time permitting)

Day 13 Tok
After breakfast, we stop for pictures at the historic Indian Village of Eklutna on the Glenn Highway. Our further travel will take us east through mountainous territory with the Talkeetna Mountains to the north and the Chugach Mountains to the south. Today is for glacier watching, the largest being Matanuska Glacier midway to our lunch stop. Our adventure continues on the Glenn Highway to our overnight destination of Tok. (523 km)

Day 14 Whitehorse, YK
Our day begins with breakfast before our journey through the snow-capped peaks of the Alaska Range brings us to Kluane National Park, located on the bank of Kluane Lake. Our further drive brings us to Whitehorse. We check in to our hotel and prepare for our evening’s entertainment. We enjoy “Gold Rush Review” Whitehorse style – The Frantic Follies. (632 km)

Day 15 Whitehorse, YK
After breakfast, enjoy a free day to relax or do as you please. Perhaps do some souvenir shopping, or visit the spa. See your tour director for a list of activities available to you.

Day 16 Scenic “Whitepass & Yukon Railway” & Alaska Inside Passage Cruise
After breakfast, we travel south to Fraser, BC to begin a unique ride on the narrow gauge “White Pass and Yukon Route” railway that takes us 2,885 feet / 879 m from summit to sea level in only 20 miles / 32 km of track. We conclude our narrated ride at Skagway, the port city of the gold rush of 1898. Skagway is a living history lesson; the old boardwalk, the original storefronts and quaint shops. We enjoy a locally guided brief tour of this quaint port town. Later this evening we board the Alaska State Ferry, which will be our home for the next two nights.

Day 17 Inside Passage Cruise
As we sail on the Alaska State Ferry through the Inside passage, our ports of call include Haines, Juneau, Sitka, Wrangell, Ketchikan, Prince Rupert and 18 Meals: 14 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch and 3 Dinners. This is a time to relax, watch for whales, bald eagles and scenery so incredible that it will take your breath away! Don’t forget to bring along your camera and binoculars.

Day 18 Prince Rupert & Terrace, BC
As our scenic cruise continues this morning, feel free to walk out on deck to watch the mountains and experience the ocean’s breeze! We arrive in Prince Rupert in time for lunch (if ferry is on time) before following the Skeena River and Coast Mountains to Terrace on the Locally guided deluxe city tours: Whitehorse, Yellowhead Highway for the night. (138 km)

Day 19 Prince George, BC
Visit to Alaska Highway’s “Zero Milepost”. After breakfast, we continue our leisurely drive amidst the gorgeous scenery today, past the historic Indian villages of Hazelton and Famous Sign Post Forest at Watson Lake. Moricetown, the oldest settlement in the Bulkley Valley. At Hazelton, we tour the unusual ‘Ksan Indian Village, where we watch carvers and and see traditional longhouses. We continue our historical journey on the Yellowhead Highway and view the narrow Hagwilget Gorge, the fish ladders at Moricetown Canyon and drive through Smithers, reminiscent of a Swiss village. This evening join your Tour Director, Driver and fellow passengers as we enjoy a Farewell Dinner. (593 km)

Day 20 Kelowna & Three Valley Gap
After breakfast, we head south through Quesnel and Williams Lake to Kamloops where we say good-bye to fellow passengers from the Okanagan. British Columbia passengers further travel south to Kelowna. Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Seattle passengers overnight in Kelowna, BC. (514 km) Alberta and Saskatchewan passengers travel east on the Trans Canada Highway through the Shuswap area to the serenity of Three Valley Gap. We enjoy an evening nestled among the mountains. (852 km)

Day 21 Calgary, AB & Vancouver, BC
Once more enjoy the magnificent scenery of the drive over the Connector and Coquihalla Highways to our destinations in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Alberta and Saskatchewan passengers continue seeing the awe-inspiring beauty of the mountains through Revelstoke, Rogers Pass & Kicking Horse Pass and across the continental divide into Alberta. We visit Lake Louise, one of the most familiar mountain vistas in the world. We continue traveling along the Bow River in the Rocky Mountains to Banff and arrive to Calgary. Here we say goodbye to our Alberta passengers. Red Deer and Edmonton passengers transfer to their respective cities by Red Arrow Coach Line. Saskatchewan passengers spend the night in Calgary. Home bound journey for Saskatchewan passengers by Greyhound Coach Line.
